I worked with Ani for over 3 years at Paige. We worked either on the same team or in closely related teams for the entire time we worked together. We worked on Python micro-service development for both Cloud based and on-prem edge appliances to handle real-time upload of hi-resolution images for Digital pathology. Ani dealt with a number of important components including helping migrate an on-prem virtual machine based appliance to a different linux distribution, detection and upload of image files from networked filesystems to Paige cloud and participating in design and implementation of lifecycle management tools for those files. She showed real promise and progression as a software engineer during my time working with her. Ani is very diligent in her approach to problem solving, she will readily ask for help but seldom before she has put real effort into the problem first, I would say, she takes a strong learning approach to her work. She is excellent at communicating her progress within a team and really works well with people. Ani is also an absolute joy to work with. She is undoubtedly one of the most positive and friendly people I have ever been on a team with and would contribute in a positive manner to any team culture as well as their output.

Always smiling, ongoing, positive and with a powerful personality. We’ve been colleagues for one year and worked together on various tasks that involved advanced debugging. Such as I, Ani has a genuine passion for programming, fact strengthened by her decision to go to the Netherlands to study for her master’s degree. With such a positive attitude, Ani would be beyond doubt a great asset for any company.

…I couldn't have assisted the customer yesterday nearly as effectively if it weren't for the hard work done on the new configuration script by the team (calling out Pieter, Ani, and Illia specifically here, but I know the rest of the team worked hard too, Jenny included as far as the planning)

Long story short (but not that short, this is me we're talking about): what we do everyday should be a chain of people helping people helping people, and when we get it right it's a beautiful thing 🌟

Kudos to the [MY TEAM] and [ANOTHER TEAM] teams are due generally for their consistent juggling act around handling integration work for all of our customers. In particular, we should all celebrate their recent efforts to shift priorities to understand, scope, and execute vital updates to the way we handle [OMITTED] in order to support the upcoming [OMITTED] go-lives. It looks like this has been a big improvement.

I really appreciated how open and reflective you were during the training Leading Projects of ICM opleidingen & trainingen. The way you approached your role, your influence and your place in change shows a level of maturity that goes far beyond a formal management title. And I was especially impressed by your strong analytical skills and the clarity of your insights and questions during the training. Your observations were sharp, thoughtful and often spot-on!
